    Hi,
    I purchased Autel MaxiPro but it doesn't have a suspension maintenance for a certain vehicle that we use. and it keeps saying it's not compatible.

    I contacted your team and i would need to get another version.
    I contacted the vendor autelsales which I purchased it from and they want to deduct a large portion of the amount i paid because the system is registered.

    Is there a way to unregister it? or reset it?
